By creating an account, browsing our website, or using any PYQBase service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions contained herein, please immediately discontinue using the service.

PYQBase provides a high-performance past-year question bank, spaced-repetition (SRS) study workflows, full-text topic search, and dynamic mock test generation tailored for competitive examination aspirants (e.g. UPSC CSE, CDS, CAPF, MPSC Rajyseva, Talathi, and allied tests).

Features and quota access are tiered across Free and Premium subscriptions as detailed below and on our pricing page.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to register an account on PYQBase.
• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of your authentication credentials.
• One Account Per Person: Creation of duplicate or automated accounts to circumvent free-tier practice quotas is strictly prohibited.

PYQBase operates on a fair-use freemium model. Free accounts are governed by daily and weekly rate limits, whereas Premium accounts unlock completely unlimited access across all study engines:

• Billing: Premium memberships are billed according to rates published on our Pricing page.
• Automatic Renewal: Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the cycle renewal date.
• 7-Day Refund Policy: Full refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription purchase if premium features have not been substantially consumed.

All software platform code, algorithmic rankings, compiled question formats, taxonomy structures, translations, and AI-generated explanations are the intellectual property of PYQBase or appropriately licensed. You may not scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently deactivate accounts in violation of these terms. Users may delete their account at any time via Settings.

PYQBase is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for absolute accuracy with multi-source official keys, we do not warrant that all content is free of typographical error or that service will be uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PYQBase’s cumulative liability for any and all claims arising from or related to the use of the platform is strictly capped at the total amount paid by you to PYQBase in the three (3) months preceding the incident.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We will notify registered users of any material changes to these Terms via email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023, users may submit legal notices, content disputes, or privacy concerns directly through our in-app portal or via our designated Grievance Officer:
